According to a DIPR report, the meeting chaired by DPO & member secretary DPDB, Pudusul Luho reviewed the last meeting minutes.
On the agenda of the proposal for reconsideration of shifting Sumo parking site to KMC parking site submitted by various institutes at Jotsoma, the house deliberated on the issue and decided to take up the matter after necessary consultation with the responsible authorities.

Meanwhile, advisor for Urban Development and Municipal Affairs, Dr. Neikiesalie Nicky Kire also suggested that the concerned area administrative officers and verifying committee share their opinions on the matters in the DPDB meeting in order to bring up a strong society in the district.
On the agenda, the house after deliberation decided to recommend five societies that presented their aims and objectives to the state government for further necessary action.
Medo also expressed concern over the mushrooming of “unwarranted” tuition centres in Kohima and suggested that responsible departments along with student bodies be involved to recommend the matter after proper survey and study in order to streamline the whole system.
