Nagaland Baptist Church Council (NBCC) youth department celebrated its 50th anniversary on the theme, “Celebrating the past, embracing the future” at Platinum Hall, NBCC, Bayavü Hill, Kohima, Wednesday.
In a press release, NBCC informed that during the thanksgiving service, a moment was observed to remember leaders who had passed away.
The thanksgiving service was hosted by Molungnenla Longkumer and David Shiu, prelude by Symphony Academy of Music Kohima, invocation by Rev. C. Lima, “jubilate deo” was presented by Youth Choir Police Baptist Church 4th NAP Bn. Thizama, celebrating the past by Rev. J. Thungjamo Lotha, responsive readings by Senjano N. Murry and Tekhingri Sangtam, souvenir launch and address by NBCC general secretary, Rev. Dr. Zelhou Keyho, celebration of hope by Hupeto K. Achumi and Hivika N. Achumi, Joel Ayemi, embracing the future by NBCC youth secretary, N. Suhuto Chishi, Psalms 78:1-7 by associate pastor CBC, Kohima, Rev. Vikuo Rhi, praise and worship by Kohima Ao Baptist Arogo team, the word by NBCC vice president, Dr. A. Niholi Sema,, benediction by Pastor Zeme Baptist Church, Kohima, Rev. Iringtie Kauring.
