PWD Field Workers Association Phek Unit and PWD Field Workers Association Wokha Unit strongly supported the All Nagaland PWD Field Workers Association, PWD (R&B)/housing and NH department in regard to “fully implementation of 67% quota reservation for regularization of Work Charge Employees” published on May 2.
The units said accordingly, most of the work charge employees have been rendering service to the department since many years back.
However, many may not get regularized in service, hence, several genuine work change employees have been awaiting regularization under this scheme 67% quota reservation.
It strongly appealed to the concerned department not to make any new appointment and utilize all normal vacancies for regularization of work charge employees as per P & AR department’s office memorandum No. AR-3/Gen-201/2009 dated Kohima March 17, 2015, stated a press note by president PWD Field Workers Association Wokha Unit, Chumthongo Yanthan and executive member PWD Field Workers Association Phek unit Ruyosayi.
