NNC/GDRN (Non Accord) has informed that NNC/GDRN Chang region and its army wing have been mobilizing a membership drive within Chang region to safeguard and to uplift its government. In a press note, NNC/GDRN (Non Accord), MIP kilonser, Khehoto Rochill said the team was led by ‘lt. col.’ Apong, Tuensang, town commander and deputy kilonser, Akong Chang, to reach out and to strengthen the Naga national movement in the emerging political scenario under the six NNPGs. NNC/GDRN (Non Accord) has requested all the organizations and well wishers to extend support and to cooperate in this endeavour.
