Tsütuonuomia Youth Organisation in partnership with Kohima Village Youth Organisation and supported by Nagaland Cricket Association organized a seven-day long Kohima Village Cricket Coaching Camp at D Khel ground, Seikhazou.
Altogether 51 players, including nine girls underwent the coaching camp held from May 10 -17 with an aim to encourage young people to play and promote the game of cricket in Kohima village. It was opened to all ages and both genders with any or no experience in the sport. The youngest player attending the camp was 11-year-old Menguvor Khezhie. The camp was conducted by coaches from Nagaland Cricket Association including head coach Nehal Ahmad, coach Keneizetso Medom, coach Dziesevotuo John Medom and physio Mowalong Kichu.
