Dimapur Slammers will face AACC in the summit clash of the 2nd Summer Open T-20 tennis ball cricket tournament on Tuesday at Xelhozhe village public ground near Old Showuba.
The tournament is organised by Shine Agri and Allied Cooperative Society Ltd.
In the first semifinal played on Monday, Dimapur Slammers thrashed KNG Club by 125 runs and in the second semifinal, AACC overcame Hurricane CC by 17 runs.
Wahid of Dimapur Slammers who scored 57 runs was named man of the match in the first semifinal and in the other semifinal, Sumit of AACC who took 3 wickets and 21 runs was named man of the match.
The final match will be played at 1 pm. Altogether, 20 teams including teams from Bokajan (Assam), Kohima, Chumoukedima competed in the tournament. The winner of the tournament will receive Rs. 50,000 and runners-up Rs. 20,000.
