Officials from the Chumoukedima district administration in collaboration with NHIDCL (National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd.) officials, on November 15, 2023 conducted a joint verification of the Dimapur bypass, Chümoukedima section, as part of the Dimapur-Kohima four lane package 1&2.
In view of the upcoming annual Hornbill Festival, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Chümoukedima, Abhinav Shivam, along with Thejavizo Nakhro (RO), conducted a joint inspection.
According to DIPR report, the officials engaged in extensive discussions with the general manager (P), Dimapur-PMU, NHIDCL, the authority’s’ engineer, and the EPC contractor to ensure a pothole-free Dimapur-Kohima 4-lane road.
