The 3rd Thonoknyu Town Cultural Club (TTCC) Khaotsaosei Hok-Ah cum foundation day was celebrated on January 20 at Thonoknyu Public Ground, Noklak. According to a DIPR report, in his address, Sub Divisional Officer (Civil) Thonoknyu, Tsatsusei expressed happiness to be part of the celebration. He said festival was about merry-making, forgiveness and rest after a bountiful harvest. The significance of the festival was delivered by Cheye GB, exhortation by Putsou head GB and vote of thanks was delivered TTCC president.
