CVYO condemns

Chiechama Village Youth Organization (CVYO) has condemned the killing of one of its members Keduokhou Mere allegedly by the NSCN (K) on October 20 last without “any valid reasons,” and demanded the NSCN (K) to clarify on the cold-blooded killing. CVYO in a press release issued by its president Khriesangulie Rüpreo and vice president Avi Keditsu stated that IRB personnel on frisking duty on the night of October 20, caught three NSCN (K) activists driving the body of late Mere in a vehicle with a fake number plate. According to CVYO, the three NSCN (K) activists were identified as Tsethungo Lotha, Vibu Angami of Nerhema village and Kehoto.
