In support of eco-friendly initiatives, a tree plantation drive was carried out at the District Hospital in Zunheboto on November 2.
The event was organized in collaboration with the Forest Department, Zunheboto, led by Assistant Conservator of Forests Tsuamki Yimchunger and deputy ranger Hekato Yeptho.
Hospital staff participated by planting saplings to enhance the hospital’s environment and contribute to a greener community. Dr. S. Kuotsutho, Medical Superintendent of District Hospital Zunheboto, expressed gratitude to the Forest Department for their crucial support in providing saplings and guiding this important environmental effort.
The initiative reflects the hospital’s commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship, aligning with broader efforts to promote a healthier, greener Zunheboto.
