The Tseminyu District Cricket, under the aegis of the Nagaland Cricket Association (NCA), organized T20 Inter-Club Cricket Tournament from January 8 – 11, at the RSA ground.
Six teams representing different clubs competed for top honors in the four-day event. Tseminyu Village Crusaders emerged as champions, while Ziphenyu Cricket Club secured the first runner-up position.
The tournament’s top performers included: Player of the Tournament & Highest Scorer: Ntsenlo Semp (TVC) with 208 runs and 5 wickets. Highest Wicket-Takers: Henwalo Lorin (TDC XI) and Solomon Mesung (ZCC) with 8 wickets each.
The tournament was a resounding success, showcasing the exceptional talent and sportsmanship of participating teams. The Tseminyu District Cricket has extended gratitude to umpire Khesu K from Kiphire District Cricket Association (KDCA) and Romokhon Humtsoe from Wokha District Cricket Association (WDCA) for officiating the tournament, all teams, officials, and supporters who contributed to making this event unforgettable.
