DC Dimapur Maongwati Aier has ordered immediate ban on the sale of crackers/fireworks in view of the law and order problem in the district and series of blasts in the neighboring states. The DC in an order also prohibited sale of gutkas including “Talab/Tez and 1000” and related items, with immediate effect.
