Food Safety Administration, Dimapur Zone organized Food Safety Training & Certification (FoSTaC) for Food Business Operators (FBOs) on April 21 at Herangki Conference Hall, Jalukie Town.
In a press release CMO office Peren, District Media Officer, Shekho Sophie informed that the training was conducted in partnership with M/s Aroma Shiksha Evam Samithi, Korba, Chhattisgarh, with FSSAI-empaneled trainer Dr. Anup Kumar Tiwari from Kolkata.
Samlamgwamlie Michui, Food Safety Officer, informed the training was conducted for the Food Business Operators who are running hotels, restaurants, food stalls and canteen etc.
