Eastern Naga National Workers Association (ENNWA), GPRN/NSCN (Unification) has expressed strong objection to the breach of ENNWA nomenclature by N. Kitovi-led GPRN/NSCN.
In a press release, ENNWA convener, Yimto Yimkhiung, informed that Eastern Naga National Workers Association was formed in the year 2011 under the leadership of “Gen. (Retd.)” MB Neokpao Konyak, the then commander in chief Naga army, when all Eastern Naga National workers came into being under the banner of Naga unification.
Yimkhiung said the Eastern Naga National Workers, who were in NSCN/GPRN (I-M) , use their nomenclature as Eastern Naga National Workers’ Union (ENNWU).
He said that the “so called Eastern Naga National workers may use different nomenclature” other than ENNWA in any faction (s) in order to recognize their own revolutionary government.
ENNWA convener claimed that both NT Yamthong and F Pongba, were neither member of ENNWA nor recognized by ENNWA since from the inception of ENNWA office. Yimkhiung said the duo therefore, had “no right” to interfere with ENNWA’s resolution.
ENNWA reiterated that NT Yamthong and F Pongba, “a habitual defector”, should not mislead the Eastern Nagas in general and their comrades in particular.
