ATMA Wokha block conducts training program

The Agriculture Technology Management Agency (ATMA) Wokha Block conducted a training program on May 9 and 10, 2025 at Longsachung village and Wokha, focusing on sustainable farming practices.


According to a press release from ATMA BTM Wokha Block, M. Yanthungo Ngullie, Chichamo Shitiri, BTM ATMA Satakha Block, Zunheboto, led a session on vermicomposting, emphasizing its importance and the steps involved in the process. Meanwhile, Yanthungo Ngullie, BTM ATMA Wokha Block, conducted training on capacity building and demonstrated line sowing techniques for crops at both venues.


A total of 18 farmers participated in the program, with vegetable seeds distributed to all attendees to support their agricultural efforts. The initiative aims to promote sustainable farming practices and improve agricultural productivity in the region.
