GPRN/NSCN deputy kilonser Hokato Vusshe has tendered unconditional apology to the Western Sumi Kukami Hoho for failing to attend the summon call on March 18 in connection with March 10 incident assault case. Hokato said he will continue to have high regard for the traditional body. He also apologized to the head GB of NIhoto village, Viyito Chishi for “improper conduct.” Hokato said he “truly” regretted the entire incident.
