”American Idol” judge Simon Cowell dumped by girlfriend

Simon Cowell now knows what it feels like to get the boot. The acid-tongued “American Idol” judge was recently dumped by his longtime girlfriend, Terri Seymour, who broke off their relationship by phone, his rep told People magazine.
Seymour kicked Cowell to the curb about six weeks ago – and the TV star’s rep hinted it was because he wouldn’t agree to have children with her. “In the past Terri has said that she wants kids but that just isn’t Simon,” Cowell’s rep, Max Clifford, told the magazine. Cowell, 48, began dating Seymour, 34, a former model, in 2002. He first met the dark-haired stunner when she was 18, but they didn’t become an item until Seymour interviewed Cowell for a TV show years later.
