NSCN-IM reaffirms

NSCN (I-M) high command of GHQ at a meeting held September 28 with brigade commanders and battalion commanding officers, Naga Army, reaffirmed “unflinching allegiance” to the Naga nation under NSCN (I-M) collective leadership of ‘Yaruiwo’ Isak Chishi Swu, ‘Woshino’ Khodao Yanthan and general secretary Th. Muivah. ‘Deputy Longvibu’, Naga Army, ‘Brig’ Ramkathing in a press release informed that commanders and officers in the meeting also reaffirmed to solemnly abide by their duty to defend “territorial integrity” without any reservation and hesitation. Further, the meeting resolved to “intrepidly stand up against any element either foreign or domestic that endangers or is otherwise detrimental to the security and sovereignty of the Naga nation.”
