Springfield Music Network in association with Rachel production released a video dvd “Angel of my Heart”, at Aroma Eatery, Khermahal with W. Wangyuh Konyak, MP Lok Sabha as the chief guest. Speaking on the occasion, he said keeping in mind the present situation of unemployment in the state, a launch like this will help in some way to solve the problem of unemployment. He also went on to say that Nagas want to try a hand in everything but fail to finish anything because we do not have specialized people for specialized fields and therefore encouraged the youth to create concepts and ideas through music so that we can dedicate ourselves to bring peace through music and he would be willing to help if any such projects come up in the future.
The video dvd is a compilation of classic love songs written by Imti Imchen, with seven tracks sung by renown Naga artists which include Sashi from Higher Ground, Sentimenla Pongen and Achen Imchen of Naga Idol 06’ fame, Sentila Imchen, Amongla, Atula and Meren. The album was named ‘Angel of my Heart’ after the first and favorite track of the producer.
Hosted by Arenla Lemtur, the programme started off with the introduction of the album by Tiarenla, former Miss Northeast and ended with a vote of thanks by the producer of the album, Imti Imchen, who said the album was a dream come true for him.
