State cabinet has constituted a committee headed by chief secretary Lalhuma to look into the ongoing crisis in Nagaland University. Highly placed government sources said the cabinet in its meeting held Wednesday decided that the committee would meet both the Nagaland University Teachers Association (NUTA) and University officials to resolve the impasse at the earliest. Meanwhile, sources said vice chancellor Prof. K Kannan Friday held a meeting with the chief secretary.
