Nagaland Peace Centre (NPC) observed the 44th Ceasefire Anniversary in commemoration of the Peace Day at the NPC office premises, Saturday. NPC chairman N Theyo in his address called upon all members of the Peace Centre to engage themselves in the work of peaceful transformation in Nagaland. He also said Peace Day provided an opportunity for Nagas and Indian leaders to meet and interact for political solution to the Naga issue, adding the final solution was yet to be attained. Theyo further said ceasefire had paved the way for Naga leaders to come closer and forge better understanding and relationship.
