FGN clarifies

Drawing attention to reports of the capture of three “extortionists” by locals in Kohima June 3, the FGN Saturday clarified that “taxation so imposed and a copy of letter pad citing 20% annual professional tax addressed to state chief information commissioner, Nagaland” by “tatar” Athing Konyak and “jt. secretary” Ruzhülse Perry was not authorized by “the government of the ministry of chaplee affairs and hence treated void.” A statement issued by FGN “ministry of rali wali” joint secretary G. Zhimomi further clarified that there was no one by the name “captian” Senchumo Ezung, son of Nrio Ezung under its fold.
