Complying with a directive issued by DC Dimapur, Police on Friday conducted a surprise raid in the premises of schools and colleges and arrested three shopkeepers and seized 1440 packets of Talabs and other gutkhas. The three accused were identified as Rahul Ali, Sohid Ahmed and Sojal Debnath from Nagarjan area. The three were booked for violation of government rules, police said.
