Reiterating its several demands, the Tuensang district ad hoc teachers’ association (TDATA) has issued a fresh ultimatum to the government saying it would take own course of action if government failed to accede to their “genuine demand” within 15 days. The TDATA demands include immediate regularization of ad hoc teachers who set for test; ad hoc teachers, proved genuine by the SIT/ department, be called for suitability test and ad hoc teachers, who has completed three or more years in service, be called for the test.
