NPCC rejoinder to Notice

NPCC president, S. I. Jamir has responded to the Notice issued to him by Advocate Moayanger Imchen representing home minister, Imkong L. Imchen asking him to reply within seven days. S. I. Jamir said that the Notice has no “locus standie” since no cause of action arising in any issue has been stated in the Notice by the server. He also said that it was unwarranted to answer the Notice without going into the cracks of the issue. However, S. I. Jamir said had Imchen rewound his memory about the sufferings experienced by the Nagas for the causes, Imchen would not have asked him to narrate the turbulent period, time and about the blood line etc. S. I. Jamir said Imchen had tactfully averted his questions under “flimsy plea.” S. I. Jamir in the capacity of the president of NPCC asked Imchen to categorically reply as to in what way Congress has been always against the Naga political issue.
