“Flying high with mere dreams is just not a tag line for AHA. Generation of revenues only was never our motto. Literally making AHA-ites fly in the sky, not to be flamboyant but to gather and equip knowledge of aviation, airlines ,airport, aircraft and all galore,” spoke Ankur Sarda and Pankaj Chandak on designing the second inflight exposure for the students of AHA, Guwahati and Siliguri, by Kingfisher airlines.
Training students on counter check-in, baggage identification, security halt and boarding formalities was explained by Anjan Chowdhury branch manager, AHA, Guwahati, the reason for such mock flying exposures and that too by Kingfisher airlines. He also spoke on the paraphernalia of training components that makes such tough affairs, easy. Acclimatizing students into a relevant trade, results into wider retaining capacity at the time of interviews where they get jobs as easily as cakewalk.
We trained around 180 students last year and this year we are on with a board of 200 cadets 35,000 above the sea level training classroom in Kingfisher airlines. The aviation sector is expanding so fast that acute crisis of trained manpower would always exist. With a promising annotation, AHA is all set up to bridge such a gap of supporting trained manpower in service sectors.
“Inflight exposure has become a regular phenomenon as training procedures, but AHA, had pioneered the concept. We always have been paving rows for others as we don’t follow but lead,” further more Anjan Choudhury, branch manager, AHA, Guwahati, added.
