State-run telecom company BSNL has invited bids for 14.37 million lines under phase 7 of its mobile network expansion in North, East and South Zone. The tender floated by BSNL includes planning, financing, engineering, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and annual maintenance of 14.37 million lines for this phase. The company has priced this tender at `5 lakh and last date for submission of is August 24. Only bidders having a minimum turnover of `8,000 crores each in the last two years can participate in the tender. Bidder will be selected through e-tender process.
