Chief engineer, PHED has clarified that the department had no plan to disconnect or divert the existing distribution line from water treatment plant to Kohima Science College (KSC) Jotsoma.
Chief engineer clarifying to a press release published on February 5 and 5 on ‘PHE Minister inspects water supply works’ stated that ongoing project was for augmentation to Science College and not as reported earlier. “This is as per the terms of existing agreement which would remain unchanged” stated Mhondamo Ovung, chief engineer, PHED.
