Angami Krotho Burma Camp Kuda (Dimapur) while condemning the incident on February 6 where a Naga woman was gang raped by illegal immigrants has said the incident was “shocking” in Naga history.
Lauding the police for apprehending the rapists, Angami Krotho also shared sympathy with the victim and appealed to the authority not to spare the culprits but award befitting punishment.
YAN: Youth Association of Nagaland (YAN) has condemned the gang rape on a Naga woman on February 6 by five migrant workers at East Block, Burma camp, Dimapur. YAN appealed to the authority in charge to arrest the absconding person and also to award befitting punishment to the rapists who are under police custody.
YUD: Yimchunger Union Dimapur (YUD) has condemned the gang rape of a Naga on February 6 by illegal immigrants. YUD said the criminal act had not only caused injury to the victim but shook the safety and security of women in the society. YUD appealed to the authorities to seriously probe the matter and award punishment the culprits.
