State Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) has appointed H. Robert Singson, Nisaleno Khro and T.P. Yaieh as state secretaries by state NCP president Neiba Ndang and they have been asked to take office and “function immediately”.
Meanwhile in another release issued by the general secretary (Admn) Miathou Krose the NCP has welcomed Letngul Singson senior Congress leader, Thanghao Khonthang secretary Ahthingbung Congress unit, Seimin Chongloi chairman NPF Old Chalkot village, Hensei Singson and Thenmang Singson both active Congress member from Saijang.
NCP also welcomed Lulun secretary youth Congress Old Chalkot, Palal Youth secretary NPF old Chalkot and Haopu Khongsai active member NPF from old Chalkot.
Disclosing the reason for their defection Krose stated they “resented the successive government under Congress and NPF for neglecting Ahthibung area in particular and Peren district in general.”
They also expressed their faith and confidence in the leadership of state NCP president Neiba Ndang.
