In commemoration of the 25 years celebration of ADC Hq, Mangkolemba, one-day health camp for senior citizens was organised by SDPDB Mangkolemba and Mangkolemba Watsu Telen (MWT) in partnership with the Eden Medical Center, Dimapur on November 26 at town hall, Mangkolemba.
Four doctors, Dr. Moatoshi Aier, Dr. Bendangtoshi, Dr. Imliyanger and Dr. Aoakum along with paramedics from Eden Medical Centre attended the patients and provided free screening of blood, sugar and hepatitis B & C with assistance from Natur-O-Tech (Lab reagents), Guwahati and Mylan Phrama, Dimapur.
SMO, CHC, Mangkolemba Dr. Akum stated that for the first time such health camp has been held where many elders were blessed by such kind gesture from an esteemed hospital.
Blankets were also distributed by the MWT to all who attended the camp. More than 200 elders of the age group of 60 years and above attended the camp.
