Department of AH & Veterinary Services conducted a training and capacity building program for livestock and poultry birds under NLM 2017-2018 for Tseminyu and Chunlikha blocks on July 9 and 10 at SDVO office Tseminyu. It was led by Dr. Joseph M. Angami, deputy CVO Kohima.
A press release from Nsunyu village chairman, Jesse Seb stated that, resource person Dr. Joseph M. Angami, deliberated on the “importance of backyard farming and vaccination of livestock and poultry birds” and Dr. Gwazenlo Tep VAS, Tseminyu deliberated on housing and management of livestock and poultry birds. Chairman of Nsunyu village on behalf of the trainees from Tseminyu block and Chunlikha block also extended his gratitude and appreciation to the department for the much needed trainings imparted to them.
