Mao Union Kohima (MUK) organized a felicitation programme in honour of the new accountant general Athikho Chalai on May 12 at its community hall, Kohima.
Addressing the gathering, Chalai said with dedication, the Mao community can occupy many respectable posts in the central government offices.
He reminded the gathering to be positive by remaining good citizens. Ashikho Daili, former president MUK and Mikriio, AAO(Audit) AG’s office Kohima also spoke on the occasion.
The programme was chaired by K. Losii, auditor MUK while Rev. Losii, pastor Mao Baptist church Kohima said the invocation prayer.
Welcome address was delivered by Loli Athikho, president MUK and Dominic, catechist St. Peter’s church Kohima offered the benediction.
