NSCN (K)’s United Sangtam Region (USR) has informed all employees, contractors and business establishments under Kiphire district and Longkhim/Chare Area that no one was allowed to deal with the taxation matter for the fiscal year 2014-15 without the knowledge of the region chairman. In a press release, USR chairman stated that anyone “disobeying” the directives, the region would not be held responsible in any circumstance. The chairman also stated that central assigned person should consult the USR chairman before dealing with taxation matter.
