All Nagaland Aggrieved Hindi Teacher’s Association (ANAHTA) Kiphire unit has appealed the responsible authorities to release one month pending salary at the earliest. President ANAHTA Kiphire unit, Seroba Sangtam stated that other districts have already received in the month of August last but Kiphire SDEO was yet to receive.
“Even after repeated appeal made to department, there has been no response to our grievances and difficulties,” the press note stated.
Therefore, the association requested the higher authority to release the pending salary within the week. It also informed that teachers had been performing their duties sincerely for the last 8 months without salary.
