Special Category Student Scholarship (SCSS) at Oriental College Kohima was officially launched on August 29, in the college smart class room.
Shekhovelü of BA 1st semester was awarded the scholarship for the academic year 2016. The scholarship covers 50% of the total admission fee and free tuition fee. Initially, the scholarship would be given to, one each student from Arts and Commerce stream. This SCSS has been designed and sponsored by the principal, teachers and the non-teaching staffs of the college for meritorious students from poor economic background.
