An advocacy workshop on tobacco free school guideline for teachers of 25 government schools in Dimapur district was conducted on August 24 in West City Building. Dr C Tetseo and Imkumla were the resource persons. DEO, Amongla Jamir encouraged the govt. schools to come forward and adopt tobacco free school norm and she also gave away certificates to the participants. All the teachers from 25 govt schools resolved to make efforts towards making their schools tobacco free.
