Lamhai Village Health Committee (LVHC), Jalukie Block conducted an awareness programme on August 22, at Lamhai council hall under the topic “Causes and Prevention of Common Diseases Faced by the villagers.” The programme was funded by Nagaland Health Project (NHP) of health and family welfare. At the programme, resource person, PHC, Dungki Medical officer (MO) Dr. Martha stressed on the importance of keeping oneself and the surrounding clean to prevent the occurrence of common diseases. Altogether, 64 people attended the programme.
