Around 130 people including children availed free medical check up and free medicines at the free medical check-up organized by 32 Assam Rifles (AR), firing range Dimapur under the aegis of Hq 6 sector at Children Park, Supply colony.
Chief medical officer (CMO) Dr. Rajesh and a team of 9 paramedical staff in coordination with United Women Welfare Organization (UWWO) conducted the camp. Dr. Rajesh said that the 32 AR, firing range under the leadership of commandant V.S Shikarwar organized such medical camps regularly to help the citizens of Dimapur avail medical check up.
It may be noted that UWWO formed in the year 1976 is an active organization that help the weaker sections of the society. The team is headed by president, T. Yaden.
