State chief minister T.R. Zeliang has extended greetings and best wishes to the Hindu community on the occasion of Durga Puja and Dussehra festivals.
In his message, Zeliang said Durga Puja and Dussehra were major Hindu festivals and celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm throughout the country.
He said Durga Puja and Dussehra conveyed the message of goodwill and humanity and the conquest of good over evil.
“The festivals hold out an important message to the people of Nagaland that good and truth will always prevail leading to peace, harmony, prosperity and happiness for all,” said Zeliang.
