Apron Strings-cum-Café opened in Dimapur

    Apron Strings Cooking Class and Café was Monday inaugurated at Midland, Dimapur by, SDO (Civil) James Swu.
    Swu in his speech said employment and income generation through these kind of innovative ideas was the need of the hour. While lamenting that Naga youths always focus on government jobs after completing their education, he reminded that government jobs are at a saturation point.
    SDO further asserted that anyone can become independent and prosper and bring about all round development if degrees can be channeled in the right way. He also wished Luis S Zhimomi and her team the very best for their endeavor.
    Louis S Zhimomi, the proprietor of Apron Strings is a graduate from the University of Calcutta. She did her Diploma in Culinary Arts from IICA and interned in Western Gurgaon. She also took short term course in Thai Cuisine from Blue Elephant Bangkok, Thailand.
    Earlier,  God’s blessing was invoked by Tovishe Sumi, Pastor Thakhekhu Village  Baptist Church.
