SVC conducts checking on banned items

Sendenyu village council (SVC), mothers’ association and youth organization conducted routine checking on banned items in Sendenyu village February 1.  According to a press release, the checking was conducted in order to uphold the standing order of total ban on liquor and intoxicants by the village. During the course of checking, the members of three bodies seized a large quantity of banned items and destroyed. The release stated that fine was imposed on offenders and they were also sternly warned against repeating such acts in future.
