All Nagaland PWD Field Worker’s Association (ANPWDFWA), R&B and housing, in its joint departmental meeting on June 28 and July 16 deliberated on the issue of work charge employee’s regularization and ROP and unanimously resolved to move together with the departmental associations.
The association in a press release issued jointly by president, Inakhu Aye, and general secretary, K. Atovi Awomi, stated that its joint venture for the benefit of the work charge employees were being hampered by some “unofficial office bearers or group”, and condemned the news item “ANFSA serves ultimatum on state government to fulfill demands” which appeared in a local daily on July 25 and warned not those involved not to mislead the government, department and the employees.
The release further stated that incase of any problem arising during its proceedings, risk and responsibilities would be borne by them.
Those present in the meeting were PWD (R&B), PWD (housing), PHED, police engineering project, PWD (mechanical) and industry.
