Final survey for four-lane National Highway

Office of the deputy commissioner (DC) Dimapur has informed that all the head GBs/chairmen and landowners affected by the construction of the Dimapur bypass four-lane National Hihsway from Chumukedima bridge upto Khushiabill village that the final survey and identification of the affected area and its landowners would be conducted by a joint team of departmental officers from December 4, 5, 6 and 8.
In a public notice, the DC Dimapur Wezope Kenye informed that survey team-I including EAC Chumukedima; EE PWD (housing); EE irrigation & FC Dimapur; DAO, Dimapur; DSCO, Dimapur; DPO (LRD) Dimapur; CEO, fishery Dimapur; DHO Dimapur and LRSO Dimapur would conduct survey and identification of Chumukedima town block-I on December 4, Seithekiema village December 5 and Xelhoje village December 6. Survey team-II including SDO (c) Kuhuboto, EE PWD (housing); EE irrigation & FC Dimapur; DAO, Dimapur; DSCO, Dimapur; DPO (LRD) Dimapur; CEO, fishery Dimapur; DHO Dimapur and LRSO Dimapur conduct survey of Showuba village on December 4, Khehokhu village December 5, Nihoto village December 6 and Khughovi village December 8. Survey team-III including EAC (Revenue) Dimapur; EE PWD (housing); EE irrigation & FC Dimapur; DAO, Dimapur; DSCO, Dimapur; DPO (LRD) Dimapur; CEO, fishery Dimapur; DHO Dimapur and LRSO Dimapur would survey Khushiabill village on December 4, Zani village December 5 and Henivi village December 6.
DC has directed all concerned landowners to report to the verification team on the spot along with their respective passport photos, Xerox copy of bank account book, identity documents, landed documents from 9 a.m. onwards.
The concerned village council functionaries headed by head GBs and chairmen have also been directed to be present during the process of submission of documents and verification of the spot.
DC office stated that hereinafter no further claims and objections would be entertained, adding this was for strict compliance by all concerned.
