Watsü Mungdang while lauding the efforts in seeking justice in assassination attempt of M Imtila Jamir on May 27, 2011 by Ao Senden and action committee has demanded that Ao Senden’s resolution be implemented soon.
However, the Watsü Mungdang lamented that till that nothing has been done. In this regard, Watsü Mungdang president Dr. Imlirenla Walling and general secretary Moala Imsong questioned in a press statement the illusiveness of law to punish such perpetrators and questioned the lawmakers on whether there was no such law to book the culprit.
Watsü Mungdang demanded that resolution taken during Kohima protest rally by Ao Senden on June 1 should be implemented with immediate effect.
