NCP, 52 A/C Longkhim- Chare area women wing treasurer was dedicated on January 19 at Longkhim town at the residence of Ningsangba Sangtam.
Acting president, NCP Tuensang division Yongthri Sangtam who hoisted the party flag, during his speech, encouraged everyone present to work in unity without “discrimination between men and womenfolk”. He also appealed to the party workers to strictly adhere to the party programmes and policies.
During the program, Munguba Sangtam, acting president 52 A/C Longkhim-Chare expressed that election should be considered as a time of building relationship among one another as co-party workers and should not be swayed away for the sake of monetary gains or wealth.
Rotoba executive chairman stated that one’s inner quality or personality is exposed during such situation.
“If one remains honest and possess a strong-willed, then chances of paving the way to be tempted in any forms does not arise”, he added.
Short speeches were delivered by Athsating and Tonglichem vice president, Khumpise joint secretary, Asang and Holingsing, executive member.
They encouraged the party workers especially, the women wing, in building a strong nation and a stronger 52 A/C Longkhim- Chare in particular.
The program was chaired by Mapushila, president women wing and an invocation was pronounced by Ato, executive member.
