Ao Students’ Union Bangalore has notified the decision made in regard to a misunderstanding that cropped up between two individuals vis-à-vis college admission in Bangalore. ASUB president, Toshi Longkumer and general secretary, Takosunep Imsong in a release stated that the union had summoned the two individuals October 20 at the treasurer’s residence to settle the matter, however the concerned parent failed to turn up as a result of which he was called for the second time on November 3.
The release further said that owing to non-response from the parent who came for his daughter’s admission compelled the ASUB to convene an executive meeting on November 3 where it adopted the following decision: As decided in the executive meeting on October 20, resolution No.2, the ASUB justified the person who complained the matter to the union and condemned the person who threatened the complainant accusing him of being a “traitor and thief for no reason” and said non-response from the concerned parent in spite of summoning him twice was an “insult” to the union and also “condemned” him.
