SBI Tseminyu Branch under its cooperate social responsibility programme donated aquaguard water purifier to 21 schools as children’s day gift during the elementary teacher’s training on November 20 with Chang Kath SIS Hq. Tseminyu chairing the programme.
Branch Manager SBI Tseminyu, Kraho Athili while distributing the water purifier stated that it was the initiative of the bank to give safe drinking water to school children and protect them from water borne diseases as unsafe drinking water may result in many water related problems and even result in mental retardation in the long run.
He further stated that SBI Tseminyu Branch also donated water purifier, ceiling fans, tree sapling to different schools of the sub-division on previous occasions.
