ICAR RC for NEH region, Medziphema, organised a one-day Awareness & Farmer-Scientist (FS) interaction program at Gaili Village, Jalukie block, Peren district on March 12, under the Gramin Krishi Mausam Sewa Project (GKMS).
A press release from AMFU, technical officer, Imtisenla Walling, stated that farmers were apprised about importance of Agro Advisory Services provided under the GKMS project. They were also imparted knowledge on various scientific managements.
Resource persons from ICAR, Nagaland centre and KVK, Peren, addressed queries raised by the farmers during the FS interaction. Altogether 43 farmers from 20 SHG’s attended the program.
