SJHSRS celebrates Spring Fest 2019

 St. John Higher Secondary Residential School (SJHSRS), Dimapur celebrated its annual “Spring Festival” on May 4. The event was graced by Pastor St. John, Toshi Imchen.

An opening act was presented by class 10 girls enthralling the audience with a beautiful Bollywood dance. The day- long event comprised of songs, dances, drama and a fancy dress competitions. Supongbenba and Aniket’s song ‘Spring day’ warmed the audience, dancers entertained the crowd with performances from powerful hip-hop moves to soft shuffle dancing. 

Apart from their talents, the students also showcased their creativity through the fancy dress competition which was held for the primary section, high school and higher secondary sections.

The winners of the fancy dress competition were awarded with gift hampers. Invocation was offered by Toshi Imchen, the programme concluded with a singing of the school anthem by the students and benediction was pronounced by hostel superintendent, Shipu.
